Like the rest of the range, it's a piece of installation hardware rather than a light itself, used to anchor a Harte lamp post firmly into the ground before it's fitted. How it works The frame sits in a concrete footing, with its four threaded bars projecting up through the surface once the concrete has set. The lamp
