Their Dolcetto d'Alba draws from calcareous clay hillside vineyards, soils that give Dolcetto its characteristic firm structure without stripping freshness. Partially whole cluster fermented and aged nine months, it delivers fresh cherry, wild blackberry, and violet upfront, with a bitter almond finish that's textbook
