The Distiller's Edition takes the standard single malt already aged in American and European oak and finishes it in Amoroso sherry casks, a sweeter, oxidative sherry style that layers dried fig, dates, and sea salt over the distillery's core smoke and seaweed brine. Black pepper arrives upfront, the mid palate is rich
